1、反冲洗是自动形成和停止的。这里有两个问题值得注意,一是反冲洗过程中,随着冲洗水箱水位的下降,冲洗强度逐渐减小,这对冲洗效果颇为有利;二是反冲洗过程中,隔膜压滤机滤池不断地在进水,并随反冲洗水一起排出,造成水量损失。
 
1, backwashing is automatically formed and stopped. There are two problems to be noticed here. One is that in the process of backwashing, with the drop of the water level of the flushing tank, the intensity of flushing gradually decreases, which is very beneficial to the washing effect; the two is in the process of backwashing, the filter filter of the diaphragm pressure filter is constantly in the water and is discharged with the backwash water, causing the loss of water.
 
 
 
2、隔膜压滤机无阀滤池的自动反洗只有在滤池的水头损失达到周期终的允许水头损失值时才能进行。如果滤池水头损失还未达到允许值,而由于某些原因需提前反冲洗时,则必须采用强制反冲洗。为此,在无阀滤池中设有强制冲洗装置,它是一根插在虹吸辅助管与抽气管相接的上部的压力管。需强制反冲洗时,打开压力管上的进水阀门,高压水流便很快地将虹吸管中空气抽走,使虹吸形成。
 
2. The automatic backwashing of the valveless filter of the diaphragm press can only be carried out when the head loss of the filter reaches the permissible value of the end of the cycle. If the filter head loss has not reached the allowable value, and due to some reasons need to be backwashed in advance, it must be forced backwash. Therefore, a forced flushing device is arranged in the valveless filter, which is a pressure pipe inserted in the upper part of the siphon auxiliary pipe connected with the suction pipe. When forced backwash is required, the inlet valve on the pressure pipe is opened, and the high-pressure water quickly sucks the air out of the siphon and forms the siphon.
 
 
 
3、变水头等速过滤。在过滤过程中,虹吸上升管中的水位随着过滤时间的延续,滤层中悬浮物量的增加和滤层阻力的增大而升高。因此,在出水量不变的情况下,它呈变水头等速过滤状态,直至反冲洗开始。
 
3, variable water head isokinetic filtration. 4、采用小阻力配水系统。由于无阀滤池的结构特点,通常用低水头反冲洗,因此只能采用小阻力配水系统。在火力发电厂中,无阀滤池的配水系统多数为格栅式
